Which facts are really new?

Swapping the order does not change the answer (8 × 3 = 3 × 8), so if you already know the tables up to 7, only these 5 facts are new: 8 × 8, 8 × 9, 8 × 10, 8 × 11, 8 × 12.

The pattern in the last digits

The last digits of 8 × 1 up to 8 × 10 are 8, 6, 4, 2, 0, 8, 6, 4, 2, 0. Then the pattern starts again.
